These terms cover how you use calendar420.com ("Calendar420"), a website run by Global Web Markt, S.L., whose details are in the legal notice. By using the site, you accept these terms.

Using the site

Calendar420 is free and open to everyone, and its content is meant for adults. You agree to use it lawfully and not to:

Scrape event information in bulk or by automated means in order to reuse it, or copy the database or a substantial part of it.
Use the site or the submission form for unlawful purposes, to send unsolicited advertising or to submit false information.
Try to access restricted areas, damage or overload our systems, or get around their security measures.

Accuracy of information and disclaimer

We publish the details of each event (dates, times, venue, prices, links and so on) based on what we gather from the events' official websites, the informational emails we receive and the information organisers send us directly. We check this information carefully, and when we have verified it against the official source, we say so next to the date of the last check.

Even so, events depend on their organisers and can change at any time. Global Web Markt, S.L. does not guarantee that the published information is accurate, complete or up to date, and is not liable under any circumstances for changes, postponements, cancellations or any other modification that has not been communicated to us or has not yet been published, nor for any loss or damage that may result from them, such as travel, accommodation or ticket costs.

Before you buy tickets, book a trip or travel to an event, always confirm the details on the event's official website or directly with its organiser.

If you spot incorrect or outdated information, write to us at info@calendar420.com and we will correct it as soon as we can.

Cannabis laws

The rules on cannabis and its derivatives differ from one country to another, and even within a single country. An event being listed on Calendar420 does not mean that the activities, products or behaviour linked to it are legal where you live or where the event takes place. Every user is responsible for knowing and following the laws that apply to them.

Links to other websites

Calendar420 includes links to third-party sites, such as the official event websites, their ticketing pages, their social media or map services. We don't control those sites and we are not responsible for their content, their availability or their terms, including ticket purchase conditions. A link does not imply any relationship with the owner of the linked site or an endorsement of its content.

Events submitted by users

Anyone can suggest an event to us through the "Publica tu evento" form. By submitting it, you state that the information is truthful and that you are entitled to share it. We review every submission before publishing it, and we may complete, correct, rewrite or translate it, or choose not to publish it, without having to give a reason.

Availability and changes

We may modify, suspend or remove the site or any of its content at any time, and we don't guarantee that it will be available without interruption. We may also update these terms; the current version is always the one published, with its update date.

Governing law

These terms are governed by Spanish law, with the jurisdiction stated in the legal notice. If versions in different languages differ, the Spanish version prevails.
