Cookie Policy

Last updated: 22 October 2026.

This policy explains which cookies and similar technologies calendar420.com ("Calendar420") uses. The site is run by Global Web Markt, S.L., and this policy follows Article 22.2 of Spanish Law 34/2002 (LSSI-CE).

What cookies are

Cookies are small files that a website stores in your browser so it can remember information from one visit to the next. There are similar technologies, such as your browser's local storage, that do the same job.

The public website doesn't use cookies

Calendar420 doesn't set any cookies while you browse the site: no first-party or third-party cookies, and no technical, analytics or advertising ones. It doesn't store anything in your browser to track you either. That's why you won't see a cookie banner or be asked for consent.

The site doesn't load third-party resources that could set cookies: fonts, maps and all other resources are served from our own domain.

Statistics without cookies

To find out how many visits each page gets, we use two systems that neither use cookies nor store data in your browser:

  • Our own counter, which doesn't store your IP address and only tells visitors apart over the course of a single day, using a code that is deleted after 48 hours.

  • Plausible Analytics, a cookie-free analytics service with servers in the European Union, which only provides aggregated figures.

You'll find more details in the privacy policy, linked in the footer of every page.

Admin panel cookies

Only the internal admin panel, which our team uses and which visitors can't access, uses technical cookies that are essential for logging in:

  • calendar420-session: keeps you logged in. It is deleted after two hours of inactivity.

  • XSRF-TOKEN: protects forms against cross-site request forgery attacks. It lasts as long as the session.

  • remember_web_…: only set if you tick "Remember me" when logging in, so you don't have to log in again.

These cookies don't require consent because they are strictly necessary for the service the panel user has asked for.

Third-party websites

The websites we link to, such as official event sites, ticket pages or map services, have their own cookie policies. We recommend that you read them when you visit those sites.

How to manage cookies in your browser

You can view, block and delete cookies in your browser settings. You'll find instructions in the help pages for Chrome, Firefox, Safari, Edge or whichever browser you use.

Changes to this policy

If we ever start using cookies on the public website, we'll update this policy and, where the law requires it, ask for your consent before setting them. If there is any difference between language versions, the Spanish version prevails.
