The event
The Mediterranean Cannabis Summit (MCS) takes place in Malta, the first EU country to approve a framework for adult use. It puts a trade fair, a conference programme, workshops, live podcasts and product presentations all under one roof.
The fair has more than 80 exhibitors across more than 5,000 m². You'll find genetics, cultivation technology, labs, CBD, packaging, investment, legal advice and distribution. There's also a launch stage, a food area and an outdoor space to take a break.
The conference is B2B, with a medical and scientific focus. It features more than 80 speakers covering cultivation, science and medicine, policy and regulation, innovation, sustainability and culture. Outside the conference rooms there's a festival area with live music, official parties, the MCS Awards and an invitation-only networking boat party around Comino and the Blue Lagoon.
It's aimed at industry professionals, but the general public can also visit the expo area. You need to be over 18.
