Las Vegas (Nevada, USA), October 23, 2026. MJBizCon, widely regarded as the largest professional cannabis trade show in the world, will hold its 15th edition on December 1–4, 2026 in Las Vegas. The event will bring together more than 800 exhibiting companies and thousands of professionals, investors and entrepreneurs from around the globe.
Registration is already open, and the organizers are offering reduced prices until November 1.
What is MJBizCon?
MJBizCon is a business event. It isn't aimed at consumers, but at people who work in, invest in or want to break into the legal cannabis industry: growers, manufacturers, retailers, brands, service providers, lawyers and investors.
Over four days, the show combines three things:
A large exhibit area, where companies showcase their products and services.
A conference and education program, with specialist speakers.
Networking activities, meaning spaces to meet other professionals and make contacts.
It is organized by MJBiz, a business information company focused on the cannabis industry, which is part of the Emerald trade show group.
A revamped exhibit area
The show debuts an exhibit area in the venue's Central Hall. Exhibitors will be grouped by section:
Cultivation: everything needed to grow the plant.
Processing and packaging: machinery, extraction and packaging.
Retail and brands: products that reach the point of sale.
Business services: software, consulting, insurance, finance and more.
Counterculture: the section closest to traditional cannabis culture.
What's new in 2026
Certification programs (December 1). The first day is devoted to courses where attendees can earn professional credentials recognized by the industry.
Investment & Liquidity Summit. A summit focused on investment: mergers and acquisitions, how a cannabis business is valued, how to sell a company and where consolidation in the sector is heading. It is aimed at investors, executives and founders.
Innovation Stage. A stage right on the exhibit floor, with innovation talks at a level similar to the main conferences, but easy to catch while you walk the show.
New conference tracks. The program includes new themed tracks on pharmaceutical and clinical research, legislation and legal matters, cultivation and retail, among others.
State Takeover and community meetups. In the United States, each state regulates cannabis in its own way. These sessions focus on the main state markets and make it easier for professionals from different countries to connect.
Beverage pavilion. A dedicated area for cannabis and hemp beverage brands, one of the fastest-growing segments, aimed at helping them get from idea to store shelf.
Happy hours. At the end of each exhibit day, there will be informal get-togethers to keep the networking going.
Why is it a key date?
The United States is currently the largest legal cannabis market in the world. What is presented at MJBizCon (cultivation technology, new product formats, retail models or investment trends) often sets the path that other markets follow later. For companies from any country looking for partners, wanting to enter new markets or hoping to get ahead of what's coming, it's an essential event.
